Administrative Assistant

Job description

Includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support will be provided by you to the management by thorough communication and organisation. You will be ensuring that all admin tasks and duties are completed with accuracy and delivered in a timely manner to the highest quality. 



  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Accounting and invoicing
  • Manage all correspondence
  • Assist in preparation for all reports
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Reconcile expense reports
  • General support and guidance for visitors


  • Minimum of 3 years proven admin and assistant experience
  • Bilingual – Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Time management and prioritising skills and know how
  • Attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
